5 Wellness + Beauty Treatments You Need To Try Before Your Wedding

1. Infrared sauna therapy

Benefits: Sweating is one of the body’s safest and most natural ways to heal and maintain good health by helping to eliminate toxic heavy metals, drug residues. Our sauna is made with a near-infrared wavelength that stimulates sluggish metabolism and improves fat burning for energy.

In addition, increasing core body heat can increase calorie burn, similar to exercise. Infrared saunas can also help with the elimination of toxins that cause fat storage. Stimulating your metabolism with our near-infrared spectrum can improve skin renewal and slow down aging.

Heating the body from inside can improve the function of the immune system, just like fever can. Increased circulation from infrared heat reduces inflammation, decreases pain, and aids in muscle recovery. Our advanced Solocarbon Custom Spectrum heating technology has the unique ability to heal wounds faster and minimize scarring through the use of near-infrared LEDs. No other sauna has this capability.

Our sauna does not generate unacceptable levels of heat, allowing you to stay in the saunas for longer and reap more overall health benefits. Say hello to glowing skin, better sleep, a boosted immune system, detoxing, relaxation and weight loss all in one!

Treatment recommendation: 3 x week at least 60 days before your wedding day in 30-45 min sessions.

2. Lash lifting

Benefits: Lash lifting is definitely a more cost-effective option compared to the alternative of eyelash extensions. A lash lift will cost between $50-$100 depending on where you live, and the effect usually lasts 8-12 weeks, at which point new lashes will begin to replace the treated set.

Eyelash extensions will cost $150-$150 and only last between 2-4 weeks, which really depends on your lash cycle. Lash lifts are low maintenance, and you’re basically just enhancing your natural, already existing lashes. You can even add on lash tinting for a more dramatic look as if you added mascara. We highly recommend this option as opposed to lash extensions if you’re looking for a more affordable and natural approach to your beauty preparation for your wedding day.

Treatment recommendation: Try it for 2 months in advance to see how you like it and if you love it, book your appointment again about 2-3 days before your wedding day.

3. Modelagem body contouring + lymphatic massage

Unless you have been living under a rock, then I’m sure you’ve heard all the rave about lymphatic massages. All the celebrities are doing at least 1-2 times per week. The health benefits alone are amazing, not to mention the visual pros that come to it. The MODELAGEM method is the best you can get. Why? Because there is no downtime, no bruising, no pain, and you see results instantly.

The more you do it, the more results you will see. It will combine a lymphatic massage infused with wood therapy, body wrapping, special natural topicals, infrared sauna, and a dry brush exfoliation into your treatment. You will lose inches off of your entire body, leaving it toned, detoxed, and glowing. It literally benefits you from the inside out. You can target specific areas on the body such as the stomach, thighs, booty, arms, and more.

It doesn’t just stop at the body, you can also contour your face to give yourself a natural facelift. I can’t tell you how life-changing this treatment is. It’s trendy, but it isn’t some fad that is going to fizzle away. It’s here to stay, and you will love it.

Treatment recommendation: 6-10 sessions, which is a 6-10 week program. The more you do it, the less you have to come, but that also depends on your lifestyle habits.

4. Body wrapping + body polishing

Benefits: Wraps are designed to improve the texture and appearance of the skin by helping to rid the body of excess fluids and toxins. Benefits of body wraps may include detoxification, boosting of the lymphatic system and metabolism, body contouring, instant inch-loss, skin tightening, and skin softening.

However, there are different types of wraps out there. My top 3 have fantastic benefits but all in their own way. They usually cost anywhere from $80-$150 each, but most places have package deals.

Cryo body wrapping therapy is designed to slim and tone the skin as the cold therapy shocks the metabolism.

Thermo body wrapping therapy is designed to target bloating, fat storage, detoxing, and boosting your metabolism.

Coffee body wrapping therapy is especially unique as it eliminates water, detoxes the skin as well as evens out the tone of the skin. The coffee will target cellulite and leave your skin feeling smooth and glowing.

Body Polishing with a dry brush and special natural topicals will only enhance the body wrapping results. Prepping the skin and stimulating it first is the most effective way to see results. Usually, a good exfoliation will vary in cost from $35-$125 depending on where you live.

Treatment recommendation: 4-8 sessions up to 1 month prior to your wedding day. Do both if you can! First, body polishing and then do the wrap. You can even switch up the types of wraps you do to get a little bit of everything. We recommend doing 3 body polishing treatments consistently before you choose a different one for optimal results.

5. Spray tanning

Benefits: anti-aging, skin firming, hydrating, and anti-oxidant enriched solutions will boost your mood, enhance confidence, and leave your skin looking flawless. Our tans last from 7-14 days, depending on lifestyle, prep, and maintenance.

We specialize in creating custom blends for each client to ensure your tan is made just for you. With so many skin types and tones, body shapes, and sizes, it is essential to have options to choose from. It’s like the cherry-on-top! You will be glowing and look flawlessly airbrushed from head to toe. An average spray tan in-salon costs about $40-$75 depending on where you live, and it is absolutely worth every penny when done right.

Treatment recommendation: Do a trial tan if you have that time to make sure you like the color first. Once you get the color you like and rinse time perfected, schedule your wedding tan at least 1-2 days prior to the day of the wedding.
